Westerners secure silverware following victory over Crosby
Peel and St John's Ladies A have secured the Isle of Man Women's Division title for a fourth year in a row.
The westerners wrapped up the title after a 70-run victory over Crosby on Monday night (18 August).
Crosby themselves finish as runners-up with Cronkbourne in third.
On their way to finishing top of the standings yet again, Peel & St John's end the Women's Division campaign with 11 wins from 14 games.
They registered just one defeat with another game cancelled and a further one conceded by the opposition.
This adds to a number of recent successes elsewhere for club which also includes the Peel & St John men's A squad claiming this year's Tinker Cup and the Peel & St John's men's 2nd team winning the midweek division one title.
