Local character remembered
There's a new named corner on the TT Course.
Caley's is at the start of the Sulby Straight and is named in memory of well-known local character Raymond Caley who passed away in February.
Raymond ran Caley's General Store and Post Office at Sulby crossroads for decades and is a founding member of the Manx Grand Prix Supporters Club.
He has raised plenty of funds over the years including in 1976 to allow for the medical helicopter cover to be extended for practice week.
The MGP Supporters Club continues to raise money to support the work of the medical helicopters.
