Casey Halsall nets hat-trick in dominant win
Corinthians have secured a women’s cup treble this season after a 7-2 victory over Douglas Royal in the Canada Life Women’s FA Cup final last night (10 May)
Chloe Teare scored twice in the first 13 minutes of the game for Corinthians before two goals in the opening 20 minutes of the second half for Douglas Royal’s Caitlyn Smith levelled the match at 2-2.
However, Corinthians then hit back with a Casey Halsall hat-trick and goals from Holly Stephen and Kiera Morgan to secure the final trophy of the season.
