Reigning champions Valkyrs A have moved to the top of the Wi Manx Mixed Premier League.

An 8-1 thrashing of Ramsey A, courtesy of goals from Gareth Morris (two), Chris Caldwell (two), Ollie Webster, Greg Miller, Russell Miller and Leanne Prescott, maintained their 100 per cent start.

Chris Wells grabbed the Ramsey consolation.

The other side with a 100 per cent record, Bacchas A, weren’t in action.

Celts were 4-0 winners over Valkyrs B in the only other top-flight match, thanks to a Paul Kelly hat-trick and a Gail Logan strike.
