Corinthians thrash Peel
Manx women’s champions Corinthians won the big match of the fledgling Manx season on Sunday.
They made it two wins out of two, convincingly defeating Peel 4-0 at Ballafletcher in the Nedbank sponsored league.
Chloe Teare, Steph Hall, Hattie Castle and Lisa Costain were on target for the Whites.
Elsewhere, Laxey continued their impressive start to the season with a 3-0 success against Douglas Athletic.
Melissa Phillips-McKnight, Alex Honour and Mica Santos found the net for the Miners.
Laura Parkinson scored the only goal as Old Boys defeated Colby at Blackberry Lane. The southerners were only able to field nine players during the match.
