
In cycling the annual Bikestyle Festive Hamper Race at Jurby was a keenly contested affair yesterday, with a former world champion and current Olympic champion battling it out for the victory.
Both Mark Cavendish and Peter Kennaugh are back on the Island for the festive period, and it was the former who pipped the latter in a sprint for the line.
