Manx cyclist Mark Cavendish says he will go all out for the Green Points Jersey at next year's Tour de France.
He's reported to be very happy with the route for the 2009 event, which was announced yesterday.
Cav was in Paris for the presentation which sees the race start from Monaco on Saturday 4th July.
It looks a great deal more sprinter-friendly than this year with seven stages likely to be bunch finishes in the first fortnight.
In order to claim the overall sprint prize, Cav will need to finish the three week test of endurance.
The final week is very hilly with the penultimate stage finishing at the summit of Mont Ventoux.
