Castletown tribute to Chris Palmer

Commissioners present Hancox picture

Retired racer Chris Palmer received a special tribute from Castletown Commissioners at last nights Southern 100 press launch.

A one-off picture by John Hancox was presented to him after a list of his racing successes was read out by Chairman Richard McAleer.

Palmer has won 37 races at Billown during his career.
