Manxman takes title in last age-group champs
Manx athlete Joe Reid is the British Under-23 800m champion.
He won the title at the weekend, with the England Athletics U23 Championship taking place at Bedford International Athletic Stadium.
Reid produced a late surge on the home straight, pipping Brighton runner Spencer Thomas to take gold in a time of 1:51.91.
A delighted Reid Tweeted afterwards, saying it was his last ever age-group championship but his first ever title.
