British Rally opener for Higgins Brothers

Driving brothers Mark and David Higgins and co-driver Rob Fagg represent the Manx contingent at the opening round of the British Rally Championship.

The Pirelli International is based in Carlisle with stages on Friday evening and Saturday in North Cumbria and the legendary Kielder Forest.

Mark Higgins is driving one of the new 2000 series cars while David leads his own team driving a Subaru Impreza.

Rob partners Wyn Humphries also in an Impreza for the Atlas TEG Sport team.

All will be up against defending Champion Guy Wilks who once again leads the Mitsubishi challenge.
