'Manx athletes shouldn't be limited'
Living on the Isle of Man shouldn't be a hindrance to the development of young athletes, according to the rugby development officer.
He's forged a partnership with Premiership outfit Sale Sharks which provides a platform for players in the under-15 age group to go on to a higher level.
A number of Manx players have already been across for trials in the UK since the scheme began.
Chris Brannigan says it's important young talent isn't wasted simply because of where a person lives.
