Braddan and Castletown in Woods Cup showdown

Final should provide goals

Football - Braddan play Castletown in the GH Corlett Woods Cup Final at The Bowl this afternoon.

Kick-off is at 3pm.

Braddan have scored 16 goals in wins over Foxdale, Douglas & District and Pulrose to make today's final.

Top scorer Andy Glover has led the way with six strikes.

Castletown have bagged 11 goals in their two contests after getting a bye in the first round.

The highlight was a 4-1 win at The Stadium over promoted Douglas Royal in the quarter-finals.

Braddan still have promotion ambitions of their own and will be favourites but Castletown have hit good late season form.
