Boxing: Mathew Rennie confirms December fight

Undefeated Manxman's showdown will be broadcast on Channel 5

Manx professional boxer Mathew Rennie is set to fight again this coming December.

'Magic' Rennie, who remains undefeated, will take on James Moorcroft at the Toughsheet Community Stadium in Bolton on Friday, 1 December.

The showdown will be broadcast on Channel 5 as part of the undercard for the co-headline events of Lee McGregor vs Isaac Lowe and Chloe Watson vs Justine Lallemand.

Meanwhile, Isle of Man-born Rennie's record currently stands at ten wins, no losses and one draw.

His most recent fight came on 6 October at Grand Central Hall in Liverpool where he swept to victory with a first round TKO of Jake Osgood.

Fellow Manx competitor, Jamie Devine, separately made his professional debut in that same event with a points win over Christian Narvaez.
