Cyclist delighted with historic medal
Thomas "Jimmy" Bostock is packing away his gold medal as the Isle of Man team start their journey home from the Commonwealth Youth Games in The Bahamas.
On Sunday he won the Men's Road Race in sweltering conditions to become the first Manx athlete in history to win gold at this level.
Tara Ferguson won silver in the women's race to add to her gold at the Island Games in Gotland.
Jimmy says he was thrilled to cross the line first:-
