Bichalls double up in TT Sidecars

Brothers edge Molyneux and Binns

The Birchall brothers, Ben and Tom, have claimed a Sidecar double at TT 2015.

The pair edged Dave Molyneux and Ben Binns in a thrilling race this afternoon, winning by just over 7.5 seconds.

Molyneux and Binns had some consolation, though, in setting an new Sidecar lap record of 116.785mph, beating the long-standing mark set by Nick Crowe and Mark Cox in 2007.

John Holden and Dan Sayle were third.
