Bacchas Men have been knocked out of the English Hockey Association Trophy at the first round stage.
They went 1-0 up against South Cheshire thanks to a Jamie Brown strike on 15 minutes.
However, they were 3-1 down at half-time as their opponents struck with one goal in open play and two from short corners.
It became 4-1 before Andrew Vernon-Browne pulled one back to make it 4-2.
Bacchas had several further good chances to score but found the South Cheshire keeper in excellent form.
