Athletics: Ryan Corrin wins Syd Quirk Half-Marathon 

Over 350 people completed Castletown event

Ryan Corrin was crowned the winner of the Syd Quick Half-Marathon at the weekend (23 November). 

Running through Ballasalla and Castletown, Corrin completed the course in 1:12:52 - over 20 seconds ahead of Corbyn Schade who finished second.

Elsewhere, Christa Cain was the fastest female runner and finished fourth overall in the event which saw over 350 people cross the line at Ronaldsway Industrial Estate. 

Neil Wade and Michelle Turner won their respective categories in the walk race with times of 1:44:32 and 2:08:45.
