Second time winning league for Franklin
Mark Burman and Rachael Franklin are the Winter Hill League champions for 2023.
They both completed a clean sweep of three wins out of three for the series at Slieau Whallian at the weekend, where they battled strong winds as well as other runners.
It's Burman's first Hill League title, and Rachael's second after winning all three races back in 2009.
