Astin & Mullarkey compete in Trafford Grand Prix tonight

Two local athletes to race in first British Miler's Club GP of the season

Two of the Island's leading UK-based athletes Sarah Astin and David Mullarkey are both in action in the same high-profile meeting this evening.

They are both racing over 5,000 metres at the Trafford Grand Prix – the first British Miler’s Club Grand Prix meeting of the season.

Each are in the respective ‘A’ races which have attracted many of the best athletes in the country and are the last two races of the meeting.

The women’s race starts at 8:44pm and the men’s race at 9:06pm.

The races are being streamed live so you can cheer Sarah and Dave on by shouting at your laptop screen.
