Leonard Singer has vowed to 'hit the ground running', following his return to frontline politics.

After a five year absence, the former MHK and MLC is back in the House of Keys, having unseated Treasury Minister Anne Craine.

Topping the poll in Ramsey was Minister for Economic Development Allan Bell.
