Marshal numbers look good ahead of session
Clerk of the Course Gary Thompson has confirmed marshal numbers look good ahead of this evening's Festival of Motorcycling qualifying session.
There was a long delay at the opening practice on Saturday while people were moved around the Mountain Course to cover posts.
And plans for a Sunday afternoon qualifying were cancelled early in the morning, when it became clear numbers were severely stretched.
So far, only the Classic TT and Manx Grand Prix newcomers have left the Grandstand on their compulsory escorted lap.
This evening, roads around the Mountain Course are scheduled to close at 6pm and reopen no later than 9pm.
