T.T. racing organiser, A.C.U. Events Limited, has clarified the 2008 meeting scrutineering arrangements.
Senior sources informed Manx Radio it was proposed that only a small number of bikes would be looked at before the start of practice week, with more scrutineering taking place ahead of races.
But the A.C.U. has now told Manx Radio that NO machine will be allowed onto the T.T. Mountain Course without having first been through scrutineering.
Thereafter, talks are currently taking place to streamline the scrutineering process over the rest of the meeting.
Scrutineers will be on the start line and in pit lane.
And, the people who will named as Technical Officials have extensive experience of MotoGP, World and British Superbike Championships.
Finally, it appears that an announcement about the officials for T.T. 2008 will not take place on Monday.
