Castletown police issue warning
Youths are said to have been seen trying to take swan eggs from nests in Castletown harbour.
The Southern Neighbourhood Policing Team posted a warning on social media following reports, urging people to respect the Island's wildlife.
It also warns that such an act is in breach of the Wildlife Act 1990, and carries a maximum penalty of £10,000.
Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact Castletown Police Station on 822222.
