Reports of anti-social behaviour have coincided with school holidays
Young people are responsible for ensuring their behaviour doesn't have a negative impact on the community.
That's from education minister Dr Alex Allinson following a spate of anti-social behaviour during recent weeks.
The rise has coincided with the summer closure of the Island's schools.
But Dr Allinson says it's down to the youngsters themselves outside the classroom:
