Nigel Howard is the new Principal Youth Officer
The new man in charge of the Island's youth service says adapting to modern challenges will be key.
Nigel Howard replaces the long-serving Ken Callister, who retired in April, in the role of Principal Youth Officer.
He has a wealth of experience working with young people, having recently worked with a local foster care charity.
Mr Howard says he's well aware of issues that weren't a problem when he was growing up:
Vote on Castle Rushen High School funding 'very unlikely' before election
Ramsey Commissioners to host public meeting about cottage hospital
DfE provided more than £250,000 to MT to assist with below ground fibre installations
Man given suspended sentence after importing 2kg of cannabis to Island
