The Isle of Man College is hosting its annual Health Fayre today (Weds 11) with the theme of 'looking after the whole you'.
It ties in with National No Smoking Day, a campaign across the British Isles to help people quit the habit.
Nearly 40 organisations will be on hand at the College to give advice on anything from sexual health to smoking, fitness to how to manage stress.
The event is aimed at younger people, however anyone is welcome from 9.15am onwards.
The Minister of Education and Children Tim Crookall will officially open the fayre along with Dudley Butt MLC.
Noble’s Dietetic team will be on hand to encourage healthy eating while Isle of Man Anti-Cancer will explain how to check for lumps and bumps.
But health isn’t the only way to look after the whole you.
Hair and beauty students from the college will offer back and Indian head massages, manicures and hair cuts or ‘hair-ups’.
There’ll also be yoga sessions and Manx Telecom will have advice about keeping safe online.
