Police are appealing for information after a young girl was hit by a silver car on Friday evening.
It happened opposite the playground in Hailwood Avenue, Douglas at 6.05pm.
The seven year-old was taken to hospital and kept in overnight, receiving treatment for minor leg injuries.
Anybody who saw the collision, or knows anything about it, is asked to ring Willaston Police Station on 674744.
