Young creatives invited to mockumentary filmmaking workshop

Organised by Kensington Arts, the session will learn key filmmaking techniques from industry professionals.

It's described as ideal for youngsters with an interest in filmmaking and production, storytelling, performance and creative collaboration.

The workshop will be led by Django Pinter, a UK-based filmmaker and video artist whose work spans directing award-winning short films, creating projection designs for theatre productions, designing an independent video game and illustrating published books; and Glyn Owen, a writer and performance maker working across theatre, film and cabaret.

To be held on 1 August, over the course of the session, participants will learn key filmmaking techniques including improvised dialogue, comedic timing and documentary-style filming.
