
The leisure minister says avoiding redundancies remains a priority as talks continue to save jobs on the railways.
A fortnight ago, North Douglas MHK Bill Henderson launched a blistering attack on David Cretney, calling on him to 'stop ruining people's lives'.
Mr Henderson also said there was no need for job losses because the Island wasn't 'in that much trouble'.
However, Mr Cretney says that's a complacent view and his department is still working with staff to avoid redundancies where possible:
