Chair hopes PSC and unions can work together to find solution
Work is underway on a fifth pay offer for employees of the Public Services Commission after union members rejected the previous deal.
Prospect and Unite's members voted against accepting a 4 percent pay rise for the current financial year, as well as a 2 percent increase for next year.
The chair of the PSC has confirmed to Manx Radio a revised offer will be going out to the unions in the next day or two.
He says it's important both sides work together:
Main road between Peel and Douglas to shut for tree felling
'Targeted and intelligence led approach' to protect Island's borders during Irish sailings
Airport Director role advertised with top salary of £120,000
