It follows agreement signed by parties late last week
Work will now start on pay negotiations that will take members of the Public Services Commission beyond the four percent just agreed for this year.
Unite and Prospect unions will sit opposite the PSC team, led by Chair, MHK Rob Callister.
He says originally it was hoped for a three year agreement.
However, Mr Callister believes the unions would only say yes to the one year deal:
