Cutting waiting lists and digitising people's medical records are at the top of the list of priorities of Manx Care's new interim chief executive.
Work is currently ongoing on a single-source digital patient record system, with the procurement process currently underway.
Dubbed the ‘Manx Care Record’, it will see information from up to 16 systems - from hospitals, GPs, community services, mental health and social care - contained in one place.
