Geneen Crossley arrived on the Island in September to trace her family history
A woman who visited the Isle of Man with the aim of tracing her ancestry has left the Island with new relatives.
In September Geneen Crossley spoke to Manx Radio about her grandfather Frederick Crossley, who died in 1934.
She'd planned to visit two mines that he owned, in Maughold and Foxdale, and try to connect with other possible family members that she'd heard of:
"I was overwhelmed by the kindness and interest of that people that I met on the Isle of Man."
