Two of the Island's emergency services have shown team work par excellence, in a dramatic rescue operation.
Ambulance and fire crews worked together to free an elderly woman trapped in a car which plunged down a steep bank into a river at Glen Wyllin at the weekend.
The vehicle had to be cut open before ambulance crews treated the woman and began the delicate operation of carrying her up the bank.
