Plaudit for Dorothea
A local woman has been commended by the health service for racking up a milestone as a blood donor.
Dorothea Quirk made her 100th donation this week.
The Department of Health and Social Care called it 'an impressive record', and staff bought her a present to mark the achievement.
Dorothea has promised the centennial won't be her last.
