Case adjourned because of Covid-19 pandemic
A Port Erin woman will appear in court in June charged with using her mobile behind the wheel.
Forty-year-old Elizabeth Josephine Barton of Cronk View Crescent is said to have committed the offence on 6 February.
She was excused, appearing before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at a hearing at Douglas courthouse.
Mrs Hughes told the court lesser cases were being put back during the Covid-19 pandemic, and adjourned the hearing until 5 June.
