Charged with committing an act against public justice
A Douglas woman will appear in court in the New Year over an allegation she faked a message on her mobile phone to have an innocent person arrested.
Thirty-nine-year-old Amy Burns, of Harcroft Meadows, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
She faces one count of committing an act against public justice on 14 July last year.
Mrs Burns was bailed to appear again on 13 January.
