Dog walker asked to come forward
Police are appealing for a dog walker they believe may have witnessed an assault on Tuesday morning to come forward.
They say a man was attacked by a woman in Derby Square gardens at around 7.30am.
It's thought the potential witness, a man, was walking two greyhounds in the area at the time.
Officers are asking that he, or anyone else who saw what happened, to come forward.
