A man has been arrested on suspicion of assault after an incident in which a 13 year old youth sustained facial injuries.
Police want to trace any potential witnesses in this matter.
The alleged incident happened at around 6 pm yesterday (Tues) evening on the New Castletown Road near to the junction of Groves Road, Pulrose.
