Police are investigating a five-man altercation outside the Marks & Spencer store in Douglas.
It happened at around 3am on May 7, at the entrance to the car park in Market Street.
Two of the men needed hospital treatment for facial and head injuries.
Police say the area was busy at the time and want to speak to any witnesses.
