Police say it involved two men this morning
Police are appealing for witnesses after an incident involving two men in Douglas this morning.
It happened on Tynwald Street at around 8am.
Officer say they have arrested someone but they want to hear from anyone else who saw what happened.
They say they’re keeping the details ‘as limited as possible’ as they want to know what people saw and not what they've been told in a media release.
