
The Island's breast consultant is 'going public' today in a first for Noble's Hospital.
Mille Bello and her team of specialist nurses will swap the consulting room for an empty shop unit in Onchan, to promote the message: breast screening saves lives.
The breast care team will take over a unit at Village Walk between 10am and 3pm today (18 October) to offer members of the public on-the-spot advice and information.
They want to encourage Island women to attend their breast screening appointments, offered every two years between the ages of 50 and 70.
