Meeting held on Monday garnered mixed opinions
The debate around the proposed Mooir Vannin Offshore Wind Farm, which would be based off the island's East coast, continued this week under the careful control of examiners appointed by the Council of Ministers.
On Monday (13 July), 80 people gathered in one of the ante rooms in the Villa Marina.
There were a number of emotive contributions including one where the speaker was reduced to tears.
But a small number argued in favour.
