Who sang mystery Manx carol?

Culture Vannin is trying to unravel the mystery behind a recently-unearthed artefact from Christmases gone by.

It's a recording of the traditional Manx hymn Oikan ayns Bethlehem (EEKAN uns Bethlehem), recorded at a church service in 1968.
