MHK asks health minister to outline plans
An MHK wants to know how the health minister plans to tackle his department's overspending.
The Department of Health and Social Care has had to ask Treasury for an additional budget for the last five years, including £8m this year.
Ramsey member Lawrie Hooper says staffing is largely behind the high costs facing the DHSC.
