Western Coast Road temporarily closed following RTC

Drivers asked to avoid the area.

UPDATE: The road is now passable with care as officers on scene have now managed to clear one carriageway. 

Drivers are asked to avoid the area if possible; delays are anticipated whilst the vehicle involved is recovered.

The Western Coast Road is currently closed from the junction with Ballabrooie Road (to the South) and Ballaleigh Road (to the North).

It follows a road traffic collision in the vicinity of the Devil's Elbow.

Drivers are asked to avoid travelling on the road as it is currently blocked and is not passable at this time.
