Northern Wellbeing Partnership launches weekly drop-in session
Wellbeing partnerships set up on the Isle of Man will help ‘intervene early’ if people on the Island are struggling.
That’s according to Manx Care which has established permanent facilities in the west and south of the Island – a new Northern Wellbeing Partnership has also started a weekly drop-in service.
It will take place at Ramsey Town Hall each Monday between 10am and 12pm and 12.45pm to 4pm.
The health body says the Wellbeing Partnership Model will see Manx Care and third sector organisations work together to help people access health and social care services closer to home.
