
Treasury Minister Eddie Teare says reform of the welfare system is the biggest priority for the Manx Government.
Speaking on Talking Heads this lunchtime, Mr Teare says the current consultation on state pensions and benefits is part of a process to protect it's future sustainability.
One listener asked when were politicians and civil servants going to pay for their pensions at the going market rate?
