The New Year Dip in Douglas tomorrow has a new starting point.
Following advice from the Coastguard, the event will now begin from opposite the Palace Hotel on the promenade.
The Zumba warm-up will still begin at 11.45am, with the actual dip at midday.
Participants will then return to the Queen's Hotel afterwards for a warming drink.
Meanwhile, Castletown's dip - which is at 11am - has been moved to the middle harbour instead of the slipway.
