Information day on Friday
There's a diary date for over the age of 65 in the north of the Island, keen to find out about local services and activities.
A Northern Community Information Day is being held at Ramsey town hall on Friday (Nov 27) to help older people live independently in their own homes.
Around 20 social care agencies and charities will be on hand, to offer advice and information.
There'll also be a chance to have your blood pressure tested, try out chair-based exercises and see the work of Ramsey Heritage Trust.
Organiser social worker Maria Clinton says they hope to reach people who don't yet know what's available to them:
